As a storyteller I am mostly attracted to character-driven dramas, especially those involving crime.
I am fascinated by what drives people to go beyond the societal norms we are all conditioned to adhere to.
I am an award-winning director and screenwriter. My feature directing debut, How We Got Away With It, was 1st Runner-up for the
Stolman Audience Award for the Best American Independent Film at the Sonoma Int'l. Film Festival and a Finalist in the
Emerging Director Competition at the St. Louis Int'l.l Film Festival. Anybody’s Anything, my latest original screenplay
has won recognition at the 2019 Big Apple Film Festival, Beverly Hills Film Festival, Finish Line Script Competition,
Los Angeles Int'l. Screenplay Awards and the 2018 Depth of Field Int'l. Film Festival.
My very first screenplay, The Hard Easy, was released by HBO/Time Warner and starred
Bruce Dern, Vera Farmiga and Peter Weller.
